We are looking for a dedicated Female Branch Supervisor to manage and oversee the daily operations of a hospice home. The role focuses on ensuring compassionate patient care, smooth staff coordination, and maintaining a peaceful and supportive environment for patients and their families.

Qualification:

• Any Degree (Nursing / Healthcare preferred)

Experience:

• 2–5 years in hospice / hospital / home healthcare preferred

• Manage day-to-day hospice home operations
• Supervise nurses, caregivers, and support staff
• Plan duty schedules and allocate responsibilities
• Ensure quality palliative and end-of-life care for patients
• Monitor patient care standards, hygiene, and safety
• Handle patient admissions, discharges, and documentation
• Communicate with patients’ families and address concerns
• Coordinate with doctors and healthcare professionals
• Maintain records, reports, and compliance standards
• Support staff training and performance monitoring
